Hell Island is an island belonging to the United States of America, located in the Pacific.
Hell Island is a remote Pacific Island currently used by the American government for scientific experiments. It was originally used as a Japanese airfield during World War II but was captured with a force of more than 500 Marines, including Michael Schofield, Shane Schofield's grandfather.
In modern days, Hell Island was used as a location for the DARPA's research project: Stormtrooper. It's primary goal was to create an army of 'super soldiers'.
